We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. 1. Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the fabric you received is damaged or defective, we will accept the return and offer a full refund or exchange.
- Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong fabric, we will accept the return and offer a full refund or the correct product, depending on your preference.
- No Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or refunds for any other reasons, including changes of mind or purchasing errors, due to the nature of our products (fabric) being customized or cut to order.
2. Timeframe for Returns
- You must initiate the return process within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the fabric to begin the return or exchange process.
- After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: In your email, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue (e.g., defective product, wrong fabric, etc.)

- Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will send you an email with instructions on how to return the product. Please do not send any products back without receiving approval from us first.
4. Return Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the fabric, unless the product is defective or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping fees.
- Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

5. Refund Process

6. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange your product for a different fabric, please initiate a return and place a new order for the replacement fabric.
- Exchanges for damaged or incorrect products will be processed free of charge.

- Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Products not returned in their original condition (including original packaging).
